Case Studies

How a mid-rise GC got site-wide WiFi in one day for a tenth of the fiber quote, and a mega-site bonded 4 carriers + Starlink. Deploy times and dollars.

From the field: the deployment that proved the model

West Networks proved the New Enterprise on a remote job site before it had a name. In 2008, an environmental research firm needed to move terabytes of field data — video, imagery, audio — from wind-farm sites with no fiber for miles. The traditional build came in around \$250,000. West Networks built it with two Peplink routers bonding ordinary cellular — about a tenth of the cost — and it worked reliably where the traditional model could not even reach.

Every construction site since is a version of that same problem: crews, cameras, sensors and trailers that need to be online on day one, in a place the fiber has not reached. Bonded 5G and private wireless solve it the same way — connectivity the day you break ground, not months after.

Both case studies are labeled “Representative deployment” — honest, illustrative composites built from typical field results, not named-client claims.
